Toddler Dies After Being Struck by Vehicle near Shore Oasis Street in Thermal
Thermal, California (February 4, 2021) – A toddler died after being struck by a vehicle in Thermal Tuesday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle was baking up in front of a residence near Shore Oasis Street at about 7:00 p.m. February 2 when a 1-year-old child ran behind it.
The child died in the crash.
The driver, a 17-year-old teen, stopped at the scene and cooperated with the police.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
