Woman, 60, Suffers Serious Injuries in San Diego Pedestrian Crash on 54th Street
San Diego, California (January 2, 2021) – According to a report by the San Diego Police Department, a pedestrian accident that took place late Friday night in San Diego resulted in serious injuries.
The major injury crash happened in the 2000 block of 54th Street at approximately 11:07 p.m. January 1.
A female party was reportedly hit by a southbound vehicle while crossing the street against the posted signs.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries following the mishap. Paramedics then transported the patient to an area hospital for further medication.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to locate the involved driver who failed to stop following the wreck.
