Fresno Accident at West Brawley and West Shaw Avenues Seriously Injures Man Pushing Wheelchair
Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Vehicle on North State Street in San Jacinto
Fresno, California (January 22, 2021) – A male party was hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a pedestrian accident on January 19 in Fresno, a local news source reported.
Officials responded to the crash site at around 8:45 a.m. at West Brawley and West Shaw Avenues.
A man was pushing a wheelchair along Shaw Avenue when he was struck by a FAX utility truck that was heading westbound on Brawley Avenue.
The involved driver stopped and cooperated with the investigations.
Medical personnel transported the patient to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.
The Fresno police are investigating to identify the cause of the accident.
