Juanita Johnson Killed in Wrong-Way Car Crash at Fair Oaks Avenue and Glenarm Street in Pasadena
Pasadena, California (December 11, 2020) – 49-year-old Juanita Johnson has been identified as the woman who was killed in a wrong-way car crash that left four other people injured in Pasadena on Tuesday night.
The fatal car crash was reported at around 8:30 p.m. December 8, at Fair Oaks Avenue and Glenarm Street.
Johnson was reportedly driving a white Kia Optima with three passengers when she collided with a black Audi that was traveling north on Fair Oaks Avenue.
The initial report showed that one of the vehicles was traveling on the wrong side at high speed prior to the collision.
Johnson was killed in the crash.
Three passengers in the Kia were taken to hospital with moderate injuries.
The Audi driver, a 36-year-old Pasadena man, suffered a broken leg and was also taken to the hospital.
Additional information the accident was not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
