John Philbrook Killed in Scooter Accident at Watt Avenue and Roseville Road in North Highlands
North Highlands, California( December 13, 2020) – John Philbrook, 49, of North Highlands, has been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office as the man who was killed in a scooter accident on Friday morning in North Highlands.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash was reported at around 6 a.m. December 11, in the area of Watt Avenue and Roseville Road.
Philbrook was riding a Yamaha Zuma scooter-style motorcycle when, for unknown reasons, he collided with a semi-truck.
The CHP said Philbrook was killed in the crash.
Information about the truck driver was not provided.
The accident is under investigation.
