Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Highway 101 in Loleta
Loleta, California (December 19, 2020) – At least one person was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident in Loleta on Friday night.
The accident was reported at around 8:30 p.m. December 18, on Highway 101, just south of the Loleta Drive exit.
A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
One fatality was reported in the crash, but no word was said about the age, gender, and residence of the victim.
The crash resulted in the closure of the northbound lanes of the highway for about an hour.
