2 Injured, 1 Seriously in Simi Valley Pedestrian Accident at 1st and Agnew Street
Simi Valley, California (December 17, 2020) – A pedestrian accident that took place Monday afternoon in Simi Valley resulted in major injuries.
At around 3:45 p.m., on December 14, officials received a crash report involving a car and two pedestrians in the area of 1st and Agnew streets.
The two pedestrians were hit by a vehicle while crossing 1st Street in a marked crosswalk.
The involved driver, who remained at the scene, was making a left turn onto southbound 1st Street from Agnes prior to the crash.
One of the pedestrians, a female party, was rushed to Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks for treatment of serious injuries.
The other party, a man, survived with minor injuries.
Meanwhile, the cause of the accident remains under an active investigation.
