Santa Ana, California (December 30, 2020) – A pedestrian in a wheelchair was hit and killed by a vehicle on Tuesday morning in Santa Ana.
The pedestrian accident was reported at around 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of 1st Street and 5th Streets.
The Santa Ana police said the victim was crossing the street in a wheelchair when a northbound vehicle struck them.
The pedestrian was killed in the accident.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
