Fatal Santa Rosa DUI Car Accident at Piner Road and Bay Village Circle Monday Afternoon
Santa Rosa Hit-and-Run Accident at Piner Road and Bay Village Circle Kills 14-Year-Old Girl
Santa Rosa, California (December 30, 2020) – An alleged hit-and-run collision involving two vehicles in Santa Rosa Monday afternoon left a 14-year-old girl dead.
The fatal DUI collision was reported at about 1:00 p.m., December 28, at Piner Road and Bay Village Circle.
A car, driven by an intoxicated driver, reportedly slammed into another automobile at the intersection under unclear circumstances.
The car operator, a 16-year-old Santa Rosa girl, did not stop to render aid and escaped the crash site. She was later found near the intersection of Coffey Lane and Piner Road and arrested.
Sadly, another unidentified girl, a 14-year-old Guerneville resident, died in the wreck. She was a passenger in the back seat of the car.
The deadly accident remains under active investigation.
