The collision was reported at around 4 p.m. November 15, in the area of Santiago Canyon and Modjeska Grade roads.
A bicyclist was reportedly struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
The cyclist was taken to the hospital with critical injuries, where she died while undergoing treatment.
