Adrianna Alarcon Fatal Friday Night San Diego Accident on State Route 163 near Genesee Avenue
Victim Killed in San Diego 2-Vehicle Accident on SR 163 ID’d as 46-Year-Old Adrianna Alarcon
San Diego, California (November 18, 2020) – 46-year-old Adrianna Alarcon has been identified as the San Diego female party who died following a rear-end collision Friday night in San Diego, according to a report by the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office.
At about 7:28 p.m., November 13, the California Highway Patrol received a crash report involving two vehicles on State Route 163, just south of Genesee Avenue.
The accident happened when a van traveling northbound on State Route 163 attempted to pass a slower moving vehicle. The van then rear-ended a truck in the process.
Due to the impact, Alarcon was pinned inside the van. Firefighters responded to the scene and rescued Alarcon from the wreckage.
Alarcon, who was a passenger in the van, died at Sharp Memorial Hospital at around 8:20 p.m. while undergoing treatment.
An investigation into the fatal crash is underway.
