Rebecca Pulling Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 680 Freeway in Walnut Creek
Walnut Creek, California (November 18, 2020) – 42-year-old Rebecca Pulling, a Lafayette resident, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a pedestrian accident on Monday night in Walnut Creek, according to the Contra Costa County coroner’s office.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident was reported at around 10:46 p.m. November 16, on Interstate Highway 680 near North Main Street.
Pulling was walking within a construction zone on southbound Highway 680 when a Chrysler Sebring struck her.
Pulling was killed in the accident.
The Sebring driver was not injured and stayed at the scene.
More information about the accident was not provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
