1 Person Killed in Logan Heights Pedestrian Accident at 25th Street and Imperial Avenue
Logan Heights, California (November 24, 2020) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle on Monday night in Logan Heights, authorities said.
At about 8:50 p.m., on November 23, the California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly pedestrian accident at the intersection of 25th Street and Imperial Avenue.
The CHP said the pedestrian was walking at the intersection and was struck by a vehicle that was driving eastbound on Imperial.
Sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver fled the scene and is being sought by the police.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
An investigation into the collision is underway.
