David Lopez Killed in Palmdale Motorcycle Crash on Angeles Forest Highway
David Lopez ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Collision on Angeles Forest Highway in Palmdale
Palmdale, California (November 5, 2020) – David Lopez, 53, of Sylmar, has been identified as the man who was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened in Palmdale on Sunday afternoon.
The accident happened at around 1:15 p.m. November 1, on Angeles Forest Highway just south of Vincent View Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Lopez was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson northbound on the highway when, for unknown reasons, he collided with a 2007 Ford F-150 driven by Michael Deangelis, 55, of Littlerock.
Lopez was killed in the crash.
Deangelis was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Neither alcohol nor drugs were suspected to be factors in the crash.
Additional information about the crash was not provided.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
