Charles Needs ID’d as 53-Year-Old Man Killed in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 15 near El Cajon Boulevard Off-Ramp
San Diego, California (November 11, 2020) – Charles Allen Needs, 53, has been identified as the man who was hit and killed by several vehicles on Thursday evening in San Diego, according to the San Diego Medical Examiner’s Office.
The fatal pedestrian crash occurred on southbound Interstate 15, just north of the El Cajon Boulevard exit, at around 5:25 p.m. Thursday, November 5.
As per the police report, Needs was walking in the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 when, for unknown reasons, he was struck by several vehicles.
Sadly, Needs was pronounced dead at the crash site.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
