Adelina Rendon ID’d as 70-Year-Old Man Killed in Dixon Pedestrian Crash at 1st and B Streets

Dixon, California (November 11, 2020) – Adelina Rendon, 70, has been identified as the man who was struck and killed by an alleged hit-and-run motorist on Sunday night in Dixon, according to the Solano County Coroner’s Office.

The fatal pedestrian accident occurred at about 8:00 p.m., November 8, near the intersection of North First and East B streets.

According to the police, a white 2010 Nissan Murano struck Rendon and a 71-year-old man near the intersection in unclear circumstances.

Rendon was declared dead at the scene, while the 71-year-old man was hospitalized with major but non-life-threatening injuries.

The involved driver fled the scene and is being sought by the police.
