Angels Camp Head-On Collision at Highway 4 and Pool Station Road Results in Serious Injuries

3 Hurt, 1Seriously, in Angels Camp Head-On Crash on Highway 4 and Pool Station Road

Angels Camp, California (November 14, 2020) – Major injuries were reported Friday evening following a head-on collision in Angels Camp, the California Highway Patrol said.

The CHP said the crash took place at Highway 4 and Pool Station Road just about 6:40 p.m.

It was not immediately established how the two vehicles crashed at the Angels Camp intersection.

Due to the impact, a 15-year-old child was trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated.

The child sustained major injuries and was flown to the hospital for further aid.

Meanwhile, two other unidentified victims suffered unspecified injuries and were also rushed to an area hospital for medication.

An investigation into the wreck is underway.
