1 Person Hospitalized after Arden-Arcade Pedestrian Accident at Greenwood and Marconi Avenues
Arden-Arcade, California (January 7, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday night traffic accident that left a pedestrian seriously injured in Arden-Arcade.
The major injury pedestrian accident happened at about 7:25 p.m., on January 6, at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Marconi Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and found the pedestrian suffering from major injuries.
The pedestrian was taken to Mercy San Juan Medical Center with a broken right leg.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
