Woman Killed, 2 Children Injured in Collision at Fair Oaks Avenue and Glenarm Street in Pasadena
Pasadena, California (December 9, 2020) – An elderly woman was killed and two children were injured on Tuesday night in a wrong-way car crash that happened at an intersection in Pasadena.
Pasadena Police Department said the collision was happened at around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Fair Oaks Avenue and Glenarm Street.
As per a local news report, two vehicles, which appeared to be a white Kia Optima and a black Audi, were involved in the collision.
The police said the woman was driving one of the vehicles when she collided with another vehicle which was traveling on the wrong side of the highway at high speed.
The unidentified woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two children in the Kia were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Additional details about the accident were not provided.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
