Ruth Reyes Killed in Truck Accident on Indian Avenue in Perris
Perris, California (December 14, 2020) – The woman who died in a collision involving a tractor-trailer early Saturday morning in Perris has been identified as 53-year-old Ruth Reyes, of Moreno Valley.
The fatal crash happened at about 2:41 a.m. December 12, at the intersection of Indian Avenue and Markham Street.
According to the authorities, a silver 2007 Lexus, driven by Reyes, collided with a red 2013 Kenworth big rig at the intersection for unknown reasons.
According to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office, Reyes was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the big rig stopped at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
The accident remains under investigation.
