Rosalia Gonzales Killed in Pedestrian Accident at Yosemite Boulevard and Riverside Drive in Modesto
Modesto, California (December 13, 2020) – 60-year-old Rosalia Gonzales has been identified as the woman who died after being hit by a Modesto Irrigation District utility truck at an intersection in Modesto on Tuesday morning.
The California Highway Patrol said the fatal accident happened at about 7:13 p.m. December 8, at Yosemite Boulevard and Riverside Drive.
The police said the accident occurred at the Stop N Save parking lot. However, the events leading up to the crash were not immediately established.
Gonzales was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck was at the scene when the police arrived.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The accident is under investigation.
