1 Killed in Victorville Pedestrian Crash at Palmdale and Cahuenga Roads
Victorville, California (December 29, 2020) – A pedestrian died last week Thursday night after being struck by a vehicle in Victorville.
The accident occurred at around 11:35 p.m. December 24, at the intersection of Palmdale and Cahuenga Roads.
A person was reportedly running north across Palmdale Road when a black Dodge Challenger struck them.
Paramedics performed life-saving measures on the victim before rushing them to the hospital, where the pedestrian later succumbed to their injuries.
The name of the deceased was not disclosed.
The accident caused the closure of Palmdale Road between Borego Road and Del Gado Road for about four hours.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
