One Person Killed in San Diego Pedestrian Crash on Interstate 805
San Diego, California (November 25, 2020) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle on Tuesday evening in San Diego, authorities said.
At about 9:45 p.m., on November 24, the California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly pedestrian accident on southbound Interstate 805 between Market Street and Imperial Avenue.
The CHP said the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on the roadway for undetermined reasons.
Sadly, the pedestrian was declared dead at the crash site.
Southbound Interstate 805 at Imperial Avenue was closed for an unknown period due to the mishap.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
