La Palma Bicycle Collision at Crescent Avenue and Walker Street Kills 24-Year-Old Ho Cheong
Coroner ID’d Ho Cheong as Bicyclist Killed in La Palma Traffic Accident at Crescent Avenue and Walker Street
La Palma, California (November 17, 2020) – 24-year-old Ho Cheong has been identified as the Cypress victim who died following a bicycle collision Sunday afternoon in La Palma, according to a report by the Orange County coroner’s office.
Police responded to the deadly crash site shortly before 1:30 p.m., November 15, in the area of Crescent Avenue and Walker Street.
Cheong was hit by a truck while riding his bicycle near the La Palma intersection for reasons still under investigation.
Sadly, Cheong died at UCI Medical Center in Orange, just before 2:00 p.m., while undergoing treatment.
Limited about the accident were released at the time of the report.
The wreck remains under active investigation.
