1 Killed in Early Friday Morning San Leandro Pedestrian Crash on East 14th Street
San Leandro, California (November 7, 2020) – A male pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in San Leandro early Friday morning.
Police responded to the deadly crash site in the morning hours in the 14500 block of East 14th Street.
The man was reportedly walking into the freeway, outside of a crosswalk, when he was hit by the northbound automobile.
The driver stopped after hitting the pedestrian and cooperated with the authorities’ investigation.
The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
