Victim Struck and Killed by 2 Vehicles on Walnut Avenue near Alder Avenue in Rialto ID’d as Gail Amos
Rialto, California (January 20, 2021) – 55-year-old Gail Hansen Amos has been identified as the woman who died following a pedestrian accident last week Friday in Rialto.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly crash site at approximately 5:08 p.m. along Walnut Avenue near Alder Avenue.
The accident happened when Amos parked her car and started walking northbound across the street on January 15. Amos was then struck by a black Honda Accord and a gray Nissan pickup truck that were heading westbound.
Amos died at the hospital while undergoing treatment of major injuries sustained in the wreck.
Ore details about the accident will be released immediately after the completion of the investigation.
