Rider Sustained Serious Injuries in Grass Valley Motorcycle Crash on Lower Colfax Road near Agony Hill Road, Brienne Rousseau Sought

Grass Valley, California (January 10, 2021) – Authorities are gathering more evidence to locate the hit-and-run suspect, 23-year-old Brienne Amber Rousseau, who struck and seriously hurt a motorcyclist Saturday afternoon in Grass Valley.

The 12:04 p.m. major injury crash took place on Lower Colfax Road near Agony Hill Road on January 9.

The accident involved a motorcycle and a vehicle driven by Rousseau that crashed head-on under unclear circumstances.

Meanwhile, Rousseau did not stop to render aid and escaped the crash site.

Paramedics rushed the rider to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Rousseau, who has multiple warrants for her arrest, remains at large.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
