Red Bluff Pedestrian Collision on Walnut Street near Bayles Avenue Kills 24-Year-Old Brittainy Lamerill
Red Bluff, California (January 1, 2021) – 24-year-old Brittainy Lamerill has been identified as the female victim who died following a pedestrian accident in Red Bluff mid last month.
At approximately 4:30 p.m., December 18, authorities received a report of a crash involving a pedestrian and a 2007 Buick SUV on Walnut Street near Bayles Avenue.
The SUV, driven by a 51-year-old party westbound on Walnut Street, struck Lamerill on Friday afternoon under unclear circumstances.
The SUV operator remained at the crash site and cooperated with the law.
Sadly, Lamerill died in the accident.
Intoxication was not considered as a factor in the wreck.
An investigation into the fatal crash is underway.
