Man, 53, Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver at Cedar and Floradora Avenues

Fatal Fresno Pedestrian Accident at Cedar and Floradora Avenues Thursday Evening

Fresno, California (January 23, 2021) – A 53-year-old man died after being involved in an alleged hit-and-run pedestrian accident Thursday evening in Fresno.

The deadly crash took place in the area of Cedar and Floradora Avenues at approximately 6:30 p.m.

A southbound green or blue SUV or pickup truck reportedly hit the male party while walking across Cedar Avenue for reasons still under investigation.

The involved motorist left the crash site after striking the man.

Sadly, the unidentified pedestrian died at the hospital while undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, the detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to locate the suspect.
