Joshua Buensalida Injured in Car Accident at Highway 29 and Jameson Canyon Road in Napa
Napa, California (January 29, 2021) – Joshua Buensalida, 25, of Fairfield, has been identified as the man who was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday night in Napa.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 7:45 p.m. January 27, in the area of Highway 29 and Jameson Canyon Road.
Buensalida was driving a Kia on the highway when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a GMC that was traveling northbound.
Buensalida suffered major injuries and was transported to Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment.
The GMC driver Arana Felipe, 54, of Napa Felipe, sought his own treatment. His passenger, Maria Arana, 51, of Napa, transported to Queen of the Valley for treatment of moderate injuries.
The CHP said all parties were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
