2 Seriously Hurt in Riverside Car Crash at Victoria Avenue and 11th Street
2 Injured in Collision at Victoria Avenue and 11th Street in Riverside
Riverside, California (December 27, 2020) – A driver and a passenger were sent to the hospital with severe injuries following a two-vehicle collision that happened at an intersection in Riverside on Friday afternoon.
The accident happened at about 2:50 p.m. December 25, in the area of Victoria Avenue and 11th Street.
The Riverside City Police Department said a 1996 Honda Civic ran a stop sign at the intersection and collided with a 2011 Dodge Challenger.
The Honda driver, a 23-year-old Riverside resident, was ejected from the car and was seriously injured.
A passenger in the Honda also suffered major injuries.
Both victims were taken to a hospital and were expected to survive.
No other information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
