Escondido, California (December 21, 2020) – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident in Escondido on Sunday night, the authorities said.
The fatal collision happened on Interstate 15 Freeway near Via Rancho Parkway at about 9:55 p.m. December 20.
The authorities who responded to the incident found the rider down in the right lane of the highway after colliding with a vehicle.
The unidentified motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

The collision resulted in the temporary closure of the Via Rancho Parkway on-ramp.
