1 Person Killed in South Los Angeles Bicycle Accident on Main Street near 120th Street

South Los Angeles, California (November 20, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday night hit-and-run accident that killed a cyclist in South Los Angeles.

The accident happened on Main Street just north of 120th Street at about 9:15 p.m. on November 18.

A hit-and-run driver reportedly struck a cyclist on Main Street in unclear circumstances.

The bicyclist was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Following the collision, the involved driver, in a vehicle only described as a dark-colored sedan, fled the scene. The police are seeking the driver.

Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
