Fresno, California (November 9, 2020) – The Fresno County Coroner’s Office has released the victim’s name, who died following a pedestrian accident that happened early Saturday morning in central Fresno.
On November 7, just after midnight, police received a report of a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle at Blackstone and Gettysburg avenues.
The driver involved stopped and cooperated with the law.
52-year-old Sandra Ferrell was hit by the unspecified vehicle at the intersection in unclear circumstances, the Fresno Police Department reported.

Ferrell was rushed to an area hospital, where he later died.
