Redwood City Pedestrian Accident on Woodside Road Kills 73-Year-Old Young-Hi Lim
Redwood City, California (January 27, 2021) – The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office has identified the 73-year-old Redwood victim who died after being struck by an alleged hit-and-run motorist Saturday evening, in Redwood City, as Young-Hi Lim.
Authorities responded to the fatal crash site at about 5:50 p.m. on Woodside Road at 109 Woodside Road.
It was not immediately established how Lim was hit by a vehicle on January 23
Due to the impact, Lim was located lying unconscious on her side in the number two lane of eastbound Woodside Road.
Lim died at Stanford Hospital while undergoing treatment.
Authorities are gathering more evidence to locate the hit-and-run driver.
