Ventura Pedestrian Accident at Montgomery Avenue and Bank Drive Results in Serious Injuries
Ventura, California (December 31, 2020) – A pedestrian accident that took place in Ventura, Tuesday night, seriously injures one person.
Police responded to the major injury crash site at approximately 9:15 p.m. December 29, at the intersection of Montgomery Avenue and North Bank Drive.
It was not immediately established how the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle at the Ventura intersection.
Meanwhile, the driver of the involved vehicle stopped after hitting the victim and cooperated with the authorities’ investigation.
The unidentified party was hospitalized with major injuries sustained in the wreck.
Intoxication was not considered as a factor in the accident.
The wreck resulted in the closure of the highway as investigation and clean-up took place.
