David Cryster-Welle Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach

Long Beach, California (December 31, 2020) – David Cryster-Welle was killed in a pedestrian accident in West Long Beach on Wednesday morning.

According to the Long Beach Police report, the fatal accident happened at around 8 a.m. December 30, along Pacific Coast Highway near Judson Avenue.

Cryster-Welle was walking across the highway when an eastbound Dodge struck him.

Emergency crews responded to the crash and rushed Cryster-Welle to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The driver stopped at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

Alcohol and drugs did not appear to be a factor in the collision.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
