Coachella Two-Vehicle Accident at Highway 111 and Airport Boulevard Left One Person Dead
Coachella, California (November 26, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a fatal car accident that happened in Coachella Tuesday afternoon, November 24.
The two-vehicle crash was reported at approximately 5:20 p.m. at Highway 111 and Airport Boulevard.
One of the automobiles caught fire, and its driver was pinned inside the wreckage upon the impact.
The trapped victim died in the accident while the second driver was hospitalized with unspecified injuries.
Meanwhile, the detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to identify the cause of the accident.
